The Cincinnati Pops Orchestra and Conductor John Morris Russell bring together an all-star cast representing the best of today’s American folk and roots music scene for “American Originals” at Cincinnati’s Music Hall Friday and Saturday, January 23-24 (8 p.m.) and Sunday, January 25 (2 p.m.). The concert program re-imagines the music of Stephen Foster, the 19th century songwriter who wrote the first pages of the American Songbook, with songs like “Beautiful Dreamer,” “Aura Lee,” “Oh!
