Save Our Strays Benefit 3/28 Burbanks Real BBQThe Save Our Strays “FREE LAP DANCES” music compilation CD series was created to raise money to continue our mission but more importantly to raise awareness and encourage more humans *everywhere* to take action and help reduce pet overpopulation through non-lethal efforts. Save Our Strays will be having a fundraising event on Saturday, March 28 from 7 p.m. until midnight at Burbanks Real BBQ, 11167 Dowlin Drive, Cincinnati, OH 45241, (513)771-1440 (www.burbanksbbq.com) This is a free event and all ages are welcome. We will have a silent auction, raffle, split-the-pot, and items for sale including the Save Our Strays “FREE LAP DANCES” music compilation CDs. The Sonny Moorman Group (www.sonnymoorman.com) will be performing from 8 - midnight. ALL PROCEEDS will go to SOS. Save Our Strays (www.soscinci.org) was organized in 1998 to help reduce the number of stray cats and dogs in Greater Cincinnati through non-lethal methods. We are a non-profit, 501c(3) organization. We do not have a shelter, but, rather, foster animals in the homes of volunteers. Our goals are to help humanely control the local stray population by using the Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) method for feral cats and adoption for cats and dogs when possible. Volumes 1 through 4 CDs may be purchased online at cdbaby.com as well as at local retailers Everybody’s Records (Pleasant Ridge), Lewis Animal Hospital (Arlington Heights), Moles CD & Record Exchange & Imports (Clifton), Natural Life Heath Center (Hyde Park/Oakley), Pinnokio’s Hair Studio (Northside), and Shake-it Records (Northside). Stay up-to-date with the FREE LAP DANCES CD series as well as other local animal rescue related activities at www.myspace.com/free_lap_dances and http://www.facebook.com/pages/FREE-LAP-DANCES/51338593650 Cats & dogs go into heat at a young age and reproduce up to 3 times a year. 1 cat & her offspring can produce up to 420,000 kittens in 7 years. 1 dog & her offspring can produce up to 67,000 puppies in 6 years. Over 34,000 pets are euthanized in Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky shelters *every year.* Millions are euthanized nationally. Please sterilize your pets and all strays.
