The duo of Nicole Barille and Sam Meister — aka Cleveland’s Mr. Gnome — are back, hitting the road again for the last part of the year with a round of Fall 2012 tour dates that once again take them coast to coast. See below for the full list of tour dates kicking off October 24th, taking them to the end of the year. The one-two punch of the Madness In Miniature LP released last October, followed by the Softly Mad digital 7″released this Spring, saw Mr. Gnome rack up critical acclaim from the likes of Esquire Magazine, Rolling Stone (who named them “Band To Watch” last year), NPR, MTV, Paste, and many others. In equally exciting news though, Mr. Gnome is putting the finishing touches on the long form video for “House of Circles,” the centerpiece from Madness In Miniature. The video is a comic book style adventure into the surreal that is a live action interpretation of a sci-fi graphic novel written by Mr. Gnome, and featuring fantasy characters from the Madness In Miniature cover art. The trailer surfaced awhile back, and the final product promises to be epic. It’s set for release later this year, so stay tuned.
