In celebration of a 2015 Summer/Fall North American Tour, VAN HALEN will perform a special concert for Jimmy Kimmel Live March 30 on Hollywood Boulevard. Featuring some of the band’s essential rock and roll classics, the concert will be broadcast over two nights, March 30 and March 31, on the late night talk show and marks VAN HALEN’s first U.S. television performance with original lead singer David Lee Roth. Jimmy Kimmel Live airs weeknights at 11:35 p.m. / 10:35 p.m. Central time on ABC.
VAN HALEN is touring North America beginning July 5 in Seattle, Washington at the White River Amphitheatre, with concerts scheduled through October including a stop in Cincinnati, OH at Riverbend Music Center on Monday, August 31st. Special guest Kenny Wayne Shepherd Band will support all dates along the tour. The Woodward Theater is one of the venues for the 2015 music and arts festival Constella, presenting “French Inspirations” (featuring pianist Simon Trpčeski) on Wednesday, April 15 and “Not So Classical” (featuring violinist Tatiana Berman and pianist Elena Kholodova) on Thursday, April 16. The Woodward is located at 1404 Main St., Cincinnati, in the neighborhood of Over-the-Rhine.
This Saturday, April 4, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society (LLS) is set to receive a big boost in support from Cincinnatians searching for an answer. Local advocates Jessica Tate and Matt Bishara have teamed up with several community vendors and entertainers to present ‘Queen City Survival: A Community for a Cure.’ The one-day event will feature a full day of music, food, and lectures/videos focused on raising awareness and funding for LLS.
The event will be held at the Columbia Community Center, a recently opened event space just outside the Columbia-Tusculum area on Eastern Ave. East side favorites Eli’s BBQ and Fireside Wood-Fired Pizza will be on hand to serve food throughout the day. In addition to entertainment and refreshments the day will be full of raffles, with all proceeds going to the LLS. Read more

Branan’s had his fair share of each since completing his critically acclaimed Bloodshot debut MUTT in 2012, losing several beloved family members, getting married, and having two kids. He spent all this time touring heavily with artists across the spectrum, including The Gaslight Anthem and Jason Isbell (who appears here on “You Make Me” and “The Highway Home”).
